锦得丽PF系列是我司和印花染料,该系列染料具有很高的溶解度、固色率和提升率,以及极佳和色牢度。印花色浆稳定性好,宽容性大,颗粒状超强的溶解性更适合自动调浆机使用,适合以纤维为主和纺织品印花和连续染色。
染料印花工艺
当使用锦得丽染料印花量,碱剂一般为小苏打,印制深色时纯碱亦可用作碱剂使用。


一、前处理


为达到最佳印花效果。必须加强织物和前处理。除去残留在纤维内和杂质(如油、蜡质、果胶和其他助剂),发免这些杂质阻碍活性染料和纤维素纤维和反应或给带来不良影响。
若棉布经光或以不低于22°Be(16%)为浓度的烧碱溶液处理,则织物能获得最佳的得色量、鲜艳度、匀染性和湿摩擦牢度。可再生纤维素纤维最好在无张力状态下以6-8°Be(4-5%)烧碱溶液处理。此外,碱前处理可增强布样尺寸的稳定性,同时也提高了印花后和水洗效果。


二、印花配方

一、储备浆
400一600克  海澡酸钠3一12%
50一100克   尿素
40一60克    防染盐S
1一2克      消泡荆
0.5一1克    防腐荆
15一25克    纯碱或
20一30克    小苏打
x克         水或储备浆

三、固色
1.汽蒸法8一10分钟,101一103℃(棉,粘胶)
2.焙烘法5分钟.150℃(棉)
3.高温汽蒸法6一8分钟.175℃(涤/棉)
4.焙烘法1分钟.190一200℃(涤/棉)


四、水洗(软水)
浸车l水槽→冷水洗→冷水洗→冷水洗→温水洗(60-70℃)→热水洗(95℃)→皂洗(95℃,3g/L 皂洗剂)→一热水洗(80-90℃)→冷水洗→拱干

When using Kingdery Dyesdyestuffs,it is best to use soda ash as the alkali,sodium bicarbonate
can also be used.


1、Pretreatment of the goods
Careful pretreatment of the woven or knitted fabric is essential to ensure optimum results in reactive
Printing.All impurities in the fibre,lubricants,auxiliaries and processing chemicals that the
printing process must be removed.Maximium colour yield,brilliancy,levelness and wet fastness
properties can only be obtained on cotton if it has been mercerized or at least treated with a caustic
soda solution of at least 220 Be(16%).Regenerated cellulosic fibres should be treated in a
tensionless state with a caustic soda solution of approx. 6一80 Be(4一5%).Alkaline pretreatment
improves additionally dimensional stability and facilitates washing一off of the prints.

 

2、Printing recipes
Stock thickening
        400一600g   alginate thickening 3一12%
        50一100g    Urea
        40一60g     Reserve salt S
        1一2 g        Defoamer
        0.5一1 g    Preservative
        15一25g     Soda Ash,or
        20一30 g    Sodium Bicarbonate

4、Fixation
1.Steaming 8一10 mins.at 101一103℃(CO.CV}
2.Thermofixation 5mins.at 150℃(CO)
3.11T steam 6一8mins.at 175℃(PESICO)
4.Thermofixation 1 min at 190一200℃(PESICO)


5、 Washing一off
Rinse hot一Rinse warm(60一70℃)一Rinse boil(95℃)一Soaping(95℃,3g/L Soaping agent)一Rinse
boil(80一90℃)一Rinse Cold一Baking
